FAQ

Common questions

If your question isn’t answered here, just ask — we read every email.

How long does a project actually take?

Starter sites typically ship in 1–2 weeks from kickoff. Growth sites take 2–4 weeks. Custom builds depend on scope, but you'll see something working every week — your proposal will lay out the exact timeline before any work starts.

What does the free website review include?

An honest read of your current site: what's working, what's costing you customers, and the single biggest fix to make right now. No sales pitch — if your site is fine, we'll tell you.

Do I own the site after you build it?

Yes. You own the code, the domain, and any accounts we set up on your behalf. No monthly lock-in, no ‘you have to host with us’.

What if I already have a domain?

Even better. We’ll launch the new site at your existing domain on go-live day. Zero downtime if your current site is hosted somewhere accessible.

Do you do ongoing support after launch?

Every project comes with 30 days of post-launch support included. After that, retainer plans are available for content updates, integrations, and small new features.

What if I don't love the first design?

Two rounds of revisions are built into every proposal. Most projects use one. If we’re past two and the design still isn’t right, that’s on us — we’ll keep iterating until it is.

Do you work with industries outside service businesses?

We focus on local service businesses — trades, healthcare practices, home services, and similar — because that’s where we deliver the best results. If you’re outside that, we may still be a fit; get in touch and we’ll be honest about whether we are.
