These terms govern your use of the KLR Web Solutions website, operated by KLR Web Solutions LLC, a Michigan limited liability company (“we”). By using this site, you agree to be bound by them. If you don’t agree, don’t use the site.
Use of the site
You may browse and submit legitimate requests through this site for your own business purposes. You may not use the site for unlawful purposes, scrape it at scale, or attempt to compromise its security.
Project services
Any work we perform for you is governed by the proposal we send and any contract we both sign — not by these site terms. The site is just where you start a conversation.
Billing, deposits, and subscriptions
Website reviews are free. Project work is quoted at a fixed price in a written proposal. To schedule a project we collect a deposit — a percentage of the project total stated in your proposal — and the remaining balance is due on or before launch. A deposit is refundable only if you cancel before we begin work; once design or development has started, the deposit covers work already performed and is non-refundable.
Ongoing support and maintenance are offered as an optional monthly retainer. A retainer is a recurring subscription billed automatically each month to the payment method on file until you cancel. You can cancel at any time through the secure billing portal linked in your retainer emails, or by emailing us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid month; we do not prorate or refund partial months, and you keep access for the period you have already paid for.
If a payment fails, we will automatically retry it and notify you by email; if it remains unpaid we may pause support until the balance is settled. All prices are in U.S. dollars and exclusive of any applicable taxes.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never receive or store your full card number — Stripe handles card details directly. If you believe you were charged in error, email hello@klrwebsolutions.com and we will investigate and issue any appropriate refund promptly.

The content on this site (text, images, code) is owned by KLR Web Solutions unless otherwise marked. Don’t copy or reuse it without permission.

The site is provided “as is.” We don’t guarantee uptime or that information here is always current. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
